Express bodies are units without mechanical refrigeration.
The Hotshot 1 Express body is basically configured with 30 percent insulated ambient compartment and 70 percent Oven
for a very economical version Hotshot when no mechanical refrigeration is required.
As with the other Hotshots racking can be configured with specific food handling compartment needs in mind.
